The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "ProTeamShop.com" or "site"). Your use of this site and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The receipt page and email confirmation of your order signify that we have received your order and are not to be construed as acceptance of your order, billing verification, or shipping verification. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order at which time you will receive tracking information for your order and applicable information regarding the shipment status of your order. ProTeamShop.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with ProTeamShop.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address, telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you), and CVV code. We cannot approve credit cards without these pieces of information accurately reported by the customer. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

ProTeamShop.com accepts payment in U.S. Dollars only. You may pay with Money Order or Cashier's Check when ordering by telephone. Your order will ship upon receipt of your Money Order or Cashier's Check. We do not accept personal checks or cash as payment for online orders. Corporate checks are accepted for group & corporate sales only and must be arranged via telephone with the Group Sales Representative. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

Shipping Policy

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. Quoted shipping times in reference to shipping methods are in business days and take effect once the order is picked, billed, packaged and transferred to the carrier. Please see our shipping policy for more information. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by ProTeamShop.com or other parties only as an estimate. Carriers do not deliver on Sundays. Business days are generally Monday through Friday. ProTeamShop.com is not responsible for delays in shipping that occur after your order has been transferred to the carrier. Guaranteed services such as next day or second day shipping may still be delayed in the event of natural disaster, inclement weather, etc. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Out-of-Stock Products

ProTeamShop.com makes every effort to maintain accurate inventory. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is found to be out-of-stock. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment, and the in-stock items on your order will be shipped unless you are otherwise notified. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and will arrive separately. Some large orders may ship in multiple boxes.

Taxes

ProTeamShop.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Washington. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges shall be handled pursuant to the return & exchange policies outlined on the Help Desk section of this website.

Typographical Errors

We make every effort to assure the accuracy of the information displayed on our site. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or a tecnhical error, ProTeamShop.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ProTeamShop.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ProTeamShop.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Your visits to third party sites will be governed by their respective terms, conditions, and policies.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supercede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether ProTeamShop.com signs them or not. ProTeamShop.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
